| Allonby’s 31st Annual Art Exhibition Various (Charity) Ongoing Event, Ends Today Location: Allonby This weekend it’s Allonby’s 31st Annual Art Exhibition held in the village hall. The exhibition will feature work from over 60 local artists and opening times are 4pm to 8pm on Friday, 10am to 8pm on both Saturday and Sunday and from 10am to 4pm on the Monday. Entry is 50p and children under 12 accompanied by an adult get in free with proceeds in aid of the village hall. | ||
| Cockermouth at Play Exhibition 10am to 4pm (Arts and Entertainment) Ongoing Event, Ends 22/08/2010 Location: Cockermouth From Monday 26th July to Sunday 22nd August there is the a local history exhibition ‘Cockermouth At Play’ at the Kirkgate Centre in Cockermouth, taking a nostalgic look back over 150 years or so at leisure activities in the town will be staged by the Cockermouth Museum Group. This will include sporting activities of all kinds, clubs and societies including music and drama, carnivals and jubilee celebrations and much more. The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 4pm, admission is free and all are welcome. | ||

| Whitehaven Theatre Group Prize Bingo 7:30pm (Community) Location: Kells British Legion, Kells, Whitehaven On Monday, there is a Prize Bingo Night in aid of the Whitehaven Theatre Group at the Kells British Legion in Whitehaven. The bingo starts at 7:30pm and proceeds will help the group fund their future productions. | ||
