 Cockermouth at Play Exhibition  10am to 4pm    (Arts and Entertainment)

From Monday 26th July to Sunday 22nd August there is the a local history exhibition ‘Cockermouth At Play’ at the Kirkgate Centre in Cockermouth, taking a nostalgic look back over 150 years or so at leisure activities in the town will be staged by the Cockermouth Museum Group. This will include sporting activities of all kinds, clubs and societies including music and drama, carnivals and jubilee celebrations and much more. The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 4pm, admission is free and all are welcome.
 Blood Donor Session  2pm to 7pm    (Community)
Location: Penrith
On Wednesday there is a Blood Donor Session at the Methodist Church Hall on Wordsworth Street in Penrith, open from 2pm to 7pm. For more details on donating blood log onto their website or call 0300 123 23 23 to book an appointment.

On Wednesday there is the next meeting of the Castle Neighbourhood Forum held in the Old Town Hall in Carlisle city centre from 7pm. All interested residents are very welcome.
 Charity Prize Bingo  7:30pm    (Conventions/Seminars)
Location: Whitehaven
On Wednesday (and every Wednesday) the Whitehaven Cons Club hold a Prize Bingo Night with proceeds going to various charities. It's eyes down for 7:30pm and all are welcome.
